Refund and returns policy

Personalized products (album, text, first name, date, message) are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Giftyforyou.

Digital products (downloadable PDF files) cannot be refunded once the file has been downloaded, except in the case of a corrupted file or one that does not match the order.

Non-personalized physical products may be returned under applicable legal conditions, provided they are returned in their original condition.

A refund or exchange remains possible in the following cases:

• product received damaged during shipping
• preparation error attributable to Giftyforyou
• corrupted or unreadable digital file
