Shipping and delivery terms

Giftyforyou ships to Spain and a number of European countries. The availability of a delivery country is checked automatically at checkout.

Preparation and shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the type of product (personalized or not) and the order period. A personalized product requires a preparation time before shipping.

A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier. It allows the parcel's journey to be tracked until delivery.

Deliveries may be carried out by different partner carriers depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method (home delivery or pickup point).

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address entered when placing the order. Giftyforyou cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
