Terms and conditions of sale

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. An order is confirmed once payment is validated. Giftyforyou reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing error before shipment.

Payment is made online at the time of the order, using the methods offered on the site. The order is processed only after payment is confirmed.

Personalized products are made from the information provided by the customer (text, first names, dates, messages). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information at the time of ordering.

Digital products (downloadable PDFs) are made available once the order is validated. Due to their intangible nature, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the file has been downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.

Physical products are shipped according to the timeframes shown on the Shipping page. Giftyforyou is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Giftyforyou does everything possible to ensure the quality of the products offered. Giftyforyou's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or improper use of the products.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at Giftyforyou's place of establishment. Any dispute will be handled amicably as a priority.
